A surprise project for my 56th birthday - A special Art Solutions colouring in book for adults! Since I first started doing Art Solutions, around 2003/4, I've always said that an Art Solutions symbol painting (or symbol hybrid) is THE most intense energy meditation I have ever known. The huge distinction between Art Solutions and art therapy or art in general lies in the "set up" or contract you are making with your own energy mind - "Give me THE SOLUTION to this problem." This has evolved, over the years, to saying, "Give me something ..."
To me, Art Solutions is THE most fascinating and extraordinary personal development method, ever. Nobody knows what we need better than we ourselves - and that would not be just the conscious self, but the "SuperMind" which comes into being when the conscious mind and the energy mind come into harmony. That is an extraordinary state of lucid awareness, a very high energy state indeed, and was held to be only achievable with decades of practice in meditation, old style. With Art Solutions, it's easy to get there. The process of letting the energy mind choose the shapes and colours, made easy, once again, in the basic Art Solutions process, is the key to this. It's a communication between the conscious mind and the energy mind; the conscious mind cannot know the answer to the question, "What colour should this shape be?" and it HAS TO refer to the energy mind, and the 6th Sense (actual sensations in the body which have no physical origin) in order to get the answer. Most people want to use colouring in books for adults just for stress relief and to switch off their overactive, overheating conscious minds to get a bit of peace and a big sigh of relief. "To take their mind off their problems," as it were. This, however, is not a "solution" to the problems they have for real, in their real lives. When you add the "solution" part to that stress relief and get the conscious mind to do its job, which is to direct attention, we get closer to the perfect state of thinking - which is the SuperMind experience. So, my Art Solutions Colouring In Book For Adults is different from simple colouring in books in two ways. Firstly, all my original art work is of course, Art Solutions - I make art that has the energy of expansion, evolution and progress built inside its very structure. All my art is about evolution - learning, gaining more information, being able to handle more energy flow, healing, dissolving energy shields and blockages, expanding the energy system. This intention is in every shape, every line, every title and when someone engages with that, it will produce a resonance response. Each individual work of art addresses something specific beyond that. For example, the Prosperity Fish is about getting hold of your finances and becoming more wealthy. That was my intention in creating it; and when someone else comes along and aligns their intention to become more prosperous also with mine, and lets their own energy mind choose the colours in the right order and sequence THEY need to heal their reversals and injuries, and learn something new about their own prosperity, we have a very powerful process indeed. Each work of art comes with an explanation of what it is, what it's all about, and allows the person who engages with that to align their intentions for their own evolution. The resulting "colour meditations" and "stress relief" are therefore of a different order altogether. It's a wonderful thing, really. I do hope it will inspire many to do their own special Art Solutions in turn as the process is learned; in this way, this is a great course of instruction in the basics of Art Solutions, to practice holding intention, and above all else, to practice the 6th Sense along the way. I am very happy and excited that this project came along, and was completed from conception to the final product in just 6 weeks. Wonderful - and I wish everyone the most wonderful, magical meditations, far beyond just stress relief. Art is so, so powerful! I love it with all my heart - and soul. <3
